Most frequent questions and answers
We aim to ship your order within 24-48hrs of purchase, but please bare in mind that our products are personalised and made to order.
We ship using An Post and for most of Ireland and Northern Ireland, 99% of the time, parcels arrive the next day or 2 days after posting, with exception of Areas served by the Dublin Parcel Centre which tends be busier and take longer to deliver. EU, UK and North America can take 15-20 days.
Once posted, we have no control over the timeframe for delivery, unfortunately is completely up to the Postal Service how long it is going to take. As soon as your order is posted we will provide you with a tracking number and you can track it here:
I aim to post within 24-48hs of you ordering, in some cases, I might be able to post the same day if your order was placed before 1PM, but please get in touch via the contact form or facebook messenger before placing your order to see if it will be possible to accomodate your request. You can opt for Next Working Day Express Postage for rush orders on the checkout at an additional cost. This cost is completely up to An Post and not set by us.
